### About the role


We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the technical delivery of a number of high profile concerts and festivals across the Middle East. The role will be based out of our office in Dubai, with travel for events across various locations within the Middle East and North Africa (inc KSA, UAE, Egypt and Qatar). This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about stage production and is looking to join a brilliant team.


This roles reports in to our Head of Production, based in the UK and our Head of Events, based in Dubai


Experience within the music sector is absolutely essential (music, concerts and festivals).



### Responsibilities

+ Advances all technical talent requirements.
+ Clear understanding of the technical rider: lighting, stage, audio, backline etc
+ Sourcing & negotiating of technical equipment in line with talent requirements from local suppliers following robust procurement guidelines.
+ Logistics of technical equipment to event location, including shipping & handling.
+ Creation & management of production schedule.
+ Provision of all technical & stage staffing: Audio, Lighting, Backline, Set Carpenter, crew etc.
+ Onsite management & coordination of all talent & event technical suppliers.
+ Stage management & show coordination in communication with the Project Manager and Talent Liaison team.
+ Liaison with venue operations regarding in-house technical production elements, scheduling and sound checks (if show taking place in a venue).
+ Management of Tech Production budget in line with requirements and contractual obligations and provides updates to Project Manager/ Project Accountant.
+ To act as the FAB representative on respective projects: representing FAB in the best possible light at all times, maintaining the FAB ethos and culture throughout
+ All advance work should be completed to a high standard and in line with Far and Beyond's brand guidelines, utilising templates, logos and company fonts across all documentation.
+ Travel within UAE and abroad for site visits, meetings and onsite work. This may include working in the UK over the summer.

### About you

• Extensive experience of producing major events in music, festivals and concerts from a tech production perspective
• First hand experience of advancing production of a multi-act line up
• Experience in scoping out and planning multiple projects at once
• Experience in managing production budgets
• Experience in dealing with and building supplier relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of client management and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, exhibiting resilience and adaptability to changing project demands.
• You will act as a role model for Far and Beyond's values and will work with the team to ensure these are embedded into everything we do.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams or departments, demonstrating an ability to navigate and integrate perspectives from various stakeholders and clients
• Proven ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to challenges, enhancing project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Eagerness for ongoing learning and skill development, reflecting a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
• Willingness to travel abroad for work, and spend periods of time away from home to manage projects.
• Familiarity or proficiency with software/tools relevant to Far and Beyond: Google Workspace, Slack, Whatsapp, etc is desirable



### Salary


309,000 AED per annum (total salary, breakdown to be provided)



### Contract Type & Length


Full time, fixed term contract (12 months) but with the opportunity to extend

### Start Date


ASAP - to be agreed

### Location


Working from our Dubai office full time, and travel mainly across the Middle East region as required for projects



We will accept candidates who are not currently Dubai based, however, this role does not come with a relocation package so if you are not currently residing in Dubai, you will be responsible for setting yourself up and any associated costs.



FAB will provide a working visa.

### Working Hours


Generally Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm, and additional hours as needed.


Onsite hours vary and will be an increase on the standard working office hours.

• All flights that are project related will be covered by Far and Beyond
• Far and Beyond to arrange all working visas as required
• All equipment provided as required
