Job Description

Job Specific Qualifications:

Oversee all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, to ensure the timely delivery of top-notch products.

Develop and implement production plans and strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize waste, and achieve production targets.

Lead and inspire a team of production supervisors and workers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and address any production-related challenges.

Monitor and analyze efficiency to identify areas for enhancement and implement necessary corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Work Experience and Other Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in a production management role within the lead or aluminum industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of production processes and technologies.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team and collaborate across departments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.

Ability to multitask simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Organizational and time management skills.

Decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities.

Thorough knowledge in computer working like MS office, Google worksheets, etc
