Job Title : Production Manager/Engineer (Readymix Concrete)

Salary: 10 to 15 k .

• Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in ready mix concrete.

Key Responsibilities :

• Production Planning and Scheduling :
• Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Resource Management :
• Oversee the use of materials, staff, and machinery efficiently.
• Implement strategies to minimize waste.
• Quality Assurance :
• Ensure all concrete meets industry and customer standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and fix quality issues.
• Process Optimization :
• Continuously improve production processes for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Apply best practices and lean manufacturing principles.
• Leadership and Team Development :
• Lead and develop the production team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide training.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance :
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Promote a safe working environment.
• Financial Management :
• Manage the production budget and control costs.
• Find opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Production Reporting and Analysis :
• Keep accurate records of production activities.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance.
• Maintenance and Equipment Management :
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular and emergency repairs.
• Supplier and Vendor Coordination :
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues.

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
