We are seeking a skilled and Professional Production Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all pre-production activities, as well as oversee the setup and breakdown of assigned events.
Overseeing the entire production process, from planning to completion.
Ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
Managing production schedules and resource allocation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-saving strategies.
Training and developing production staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the Elevator Production.
Strong organization, communication and project/time management skills.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, production methods and coordination of people and resources.
Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and prioritise multiple projects.
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Possess high work motivation, commitment to follow through initiative and achievement.
Proficient inn MS Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
Works independently without supervision.
