Job Title - Production Manager
Salary Range : AED 25,000/- to AED 30,000/-
Job Location - Dubai : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably within the electronics sector. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating all production activities, and ensuring that our products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of products.

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet company objectives and customer demands.

• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

• Identify and resolve production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth production operations. Optimize production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on production performance.

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the production environment.

• Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials and components.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry.

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in production management software and tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in a relevant field.

• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.
