We are looking for a dynamic Production Manager to join our growing team! The Production Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordinating and execution of events. Will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, goals and needs and develop and implement a plan accordingly that will ensure the event is successful. This role entails developing ideas for the event, overseeing functions and supervising the production of the event. Desired skills & responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of event production, including staging, audiovisual requirements, lighting, d\xc3\xa9cor, and technical operations.
Manage and coordinate production timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful event delivery.
Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and provide expert guidance on production logistics and technical solutions.
Source and manage external vendors, including AV companies, production crews, and equipment suppliers.
Oversee on-site event setup, rehearsals, and operations, ensuring all production elements are executed to the highest standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and manage any last-minute changes or adjustments during events.
Collaborate closely with other internal teams, including event planners to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the event planning process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in event production.
Plan events from start to finish making sure that all the arrangements are with regards to the requirement.
Overseeing and supervising all production aspects of an event
Creation of ideas and concepts that would make the event memorable and successful
Inspection to secure the venue and check all the equipment is running smoothly before the commencement of the event.
Responsible for finding and negotiating with the appropriate vendors and suppliers and hiring the right production team who will ensure the event is a success.
Estimate costs and prepare budget for the event and ensure the entire event has been carried out with the proposed budget.
Coordinating and assigning tasks to the team
Perform other duties as assigned and needed
Analyze the event\xe2\x80\x99s success and prepare reports
Requirements & Attributes:
BA/BS degree in PR, Marketing, hospitality or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in event production, event management, planning and promotions.
Willing to travel to different events location as needed
Positive attitude / strong work ethic
Go-getter / top-notch negotiation abilities to achieve great deals
Team Player and reliable to lead the team if the need arises.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent decision-making skills with attention to details even under pressure
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain calm while dealing with last-minute changes and unexpected turn of events
