Position: Production Manager (structural steel fabrication) We are currently looking to hire an experienced Production Manager to join our team immediately. Employment: Full Time Location: Dubai Number of Vacancy:1 Major responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Ensure that shop floor work planned, distributed, and carried out in an organized manner in line with production priorities. \xc2\xb7 Deploy advanced production methodologies for complex and ordinary workshop activities including the efficient use of CNC machineries (Beam cutting, Plate processing, Drilling, Shot Blasting and Painting). \xc2\xb7 Evaluate the timely delivery of raw material from Buyer and develop action plan and address the deficiencies, if any. \xc2\xb7 Meet Daily with Supervisors and Team Leads to discuss and review production performance improvement. \xc2\xb7 Manage the entire martial movement from raw material receipt to dispatch of finished goods in a cost efficient and expeditious manner including the internal and externa logistics activities. \xc2\xb7 Ensure efficient Interface between pre-fabrication, fabrication and installation activities. \xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate and manage sub-contracted activities whenever required. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the resources i.e., machinery, tools, workers, etc. are efficiently deployed and closely monitor to ensure timely completion of given tasks. \xc2\xb7 Control cost of machine, material, and manpower to maintain good standards of productivity in line with budgets. Skills required: \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of steel fabrication techniques, codes, and industry standards. \xc2\xb7 General manufacturing or engineering experience and understanding of project management, fabrication and machining. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of safety regulations and practices related to steel fabrication. \xc2\xb7 Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
