Our client, a leading manufacturer in the UAE, is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead their production operations and drive efficiency, quality, and safety in their facility. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
Lead and develop production teams, ensuring strong technical and leadership competencies.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture.
Manage QA & QC processes, minimizing rework and reject rates.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
Monitor and manage inventory, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee maintenance of company assets to minimize downtime.
What We're Looking For:
Education: University Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in GCC, with a supervisory role in the Readymix Industry.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMX) production operations.
Leadership & Behavioral Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Proficient in analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
