Job Description

ENPI Group is looking to recruit Production Machine Operator - with Extrusion of PET, PES, PPE, Sheet rolls manufacturing experience; setting high speed european machines; operating machinery and maintaining the same by periodic testing and repairs.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, labelling etc.) to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
• Maintain activity logs
• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
• Reports all production waste to Production Supervisor
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production of the machine
• Responsible for notifying a Production Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager
• Follows all company policies and procedures

3 years of previous experience as Production Machine Operator - Extrusion of PET, PES, PPE, Sheet rolls manufacturing;

Extrusion experience is a MUST.

Skills and Competencies:

• Producing 200 - 2000 microns or 0.2mm to 2mm
• Process setting and working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools.
• Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Understanding of production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
• Analytical skills
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength

Workplace: Factory, Industrial Area, Sharjah.

Working Hours: Shift.
