We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Line Manager to join our team at YesAgain, a leading company specializing in electronics refurbishing. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the operations of our Computer Technicians, Painting, LCD Departments, and Production Line to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead teams across the Computer Technicians, Cosmetics, Technical repair, and LCD departments.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets.
• Monitor and maintain quality control processes for all refurbishing tasks.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to address production challenges and ensure seamless workflow.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain and update production reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in production management, preferably in electronics refurbishing or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical knowledge of electronics refurbishing processes, including LCD repairs and painting techniques, is a plus.
• Proficiency in production planning tools and software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications or equivalent experience in production management.
