Job Title: Production In-Charge (Fabrication - Non-Structural) URGENT JOINING

2-3 Years in Fabrication (Non-Structural) - UAE Experience Required

We are seeking a

Production In-Charge

with a

Mechanical Engineering degree

and

2-3 years of UAE experience in fabrication (non-structural only)

. The ideal candidate must be proficient in

AutoCAD

and capable of working as a

Quality Check personnel

.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the

fabrication process

and ensure smooth workflow. Supervise and manage a team of

20-30 workers

effectively. Ensure

quality control

and adherence to project specifications. Handle

work pressure

and meet project deadlines. Coordinate with

management and clients

to ensure project success. Maintain safety and compliance standards in the production area.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering

OR Diploma

Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience

in

fabrication (non-structural only).

Proficiency in AutoCAD

is a must. Able to understand Drawings Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage

20-30 workers

. Ability to handle

high-pressure work environments

. Candidates must be

currently in the UAE

.
