Job Title: Production in Charge / ManagerList of Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members\' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
Initiate and oversee daily production meetings / kick off meetings for all projects.
To ensure the processes/policies/procedures needed for the quality management systems are established, implemented, monitored, evaluated and maintained.
Reporting to the top management on the performance of the quality management system and indicating any needs for continual improvement.
Accountable to close all NCRs by verifications of corrective and preventive actions.
Any other duties, which the Managing Director and Sales Director may require.
Requirements:
Technical diploma minimum, bachelors in industrial engineering preferred.
At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing facility or technical capacity in a related field, with experience in production planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Good mechanical and engineering aptitude.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production planning software, with strong spreadsheet skills, project planning, analysis, and preparation of reports skills.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
