Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Incharge to oversee and manage the production processes at our tissue manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation of production lines, maintain high-quality standards, optimize efficiency, and lead a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Experience in tissue or paper manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and other industry-specific regulations.

Work Environment:

• Based at the manufacturing facility, with a hands-on approach to overseeing production lines.
• May require occasional evening or weekend work to meet deadlines or address urgent issues.
