Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Factory Foreman/Carpentry Supervisor (Fitout-Incharge) to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all carpentry and production activities within our manufacturing facility, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the carpentry team in the production of custom-fitout components, including cabinetry, furniture, millwork, and other wood-based products.
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet project deadlines and production targets.
• Review project specifications, blueprints, and design drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of client requirements.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship throughout the production process, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain standards.
• Train and mentor carpentry staff on best practices, techniques, and safety procedures to enhance skills and performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and installation teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of fitout projects from concept to completion.
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and equipment, and coordinate procurement activities to support production requirements.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to create a safe and productive work environment.
• Implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.
• Prepare reports on production metrics, including output, quality control, and resource utilization, for management review.

Qualification:

• 5 years UAE Experience in Interior Fit out field.
• Must in UAE (fitout experience)
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the carpentry or woodworking industry, preferably in a fitout or interior construction environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials, with expertise in custom fabrication and finishing processes.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of skilled craftsmen.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of designs.
