Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization:

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality output. Develop and implement process improvements, including lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies.

Equipment Management:

Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and operation of production equipment. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and prevent equipment failures.

Quality Control:

Monitor production processes to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement and oversee quality control procedures and corrective actions.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and product defects. Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.

Project Management:

Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving production efficiency, such as new product introductions, equipment upgrades, or facility expansions. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of production processes, equipment performance, and quality control results. Prepare and present reports on production metrics, process improvements, and project outcomes.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Or Architect 2 - 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (Joinery Factory or Site) 2-3 years experience in Fitout, Joinery and Furniture. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles. Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
