Job Overview:

We are seeking a

Production Engineer

with a background in

office furniture manufacturing

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

production planning, process optimization, quality control, and technical documentation

to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize

production processes for office furniture manufacturing.

Create and review

technical drawings, blueprints, and production sheets to ensure accurate execution. Plan and oversee

material selection, cutting lists, and assembly processes

. Work closely with

design, procurement, and manufacturing teams

to improve efficiency and minimize waste.

Monitor production schedules

, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards. Troubleshoot

manufacturing issues

and implement process improvements. Conduct

quality control inspections

to ensure all products meet company standards. Ensure compliance with

health, safety, and industry regulations

. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source

high-quality materials and components

. Use

CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360)

to modify and enhance production designs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

.

3+ years of experience in production engineering

for office furniture manufacturing. Strong understanding of

woodworking, metal fabrication, MDF/laminate processing, and assembly techniques

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software

. Experience in

production planning, lean manufacturing, and process optimization

. Knowledge of

CNC machines, edge banding, and finishing techniques

is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
