Production Engineer Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Production process in Low Voltage switchgear Panel boards
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, techniques, and methodologies relevant to the industry.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and equipment,
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling, as well as resource planning
• Understanding of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to improve production efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for production staff.
• Enforce compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, standards, and protocols to minimize risks.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate workplace safety hazards.
