We are currently seeking an experienced Production Engineer with expertise in both aluminum and steel manufacturing processes to join our team. As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production operations and continuous process improvement in our aluminum and steel production facility.

•Responsibilities: •

• Develop and implement production strategies and plans to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets for aluminum and steel manufacturing processes.
• Optimize production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production operators, maintenance technicians, quality control, and R&D, to drive process improvements and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the production team.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production operators, ensuring proper training and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in aluminum and steel manufacturing, and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

•Requirements: •

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production engineering roles within the aluminum and steel industry.
• In-depth knowledge of aluminum and steel manufacturing processes, including casting, forming, machining, heat treatment, and surface treatment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret production data to drive process improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
