Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement:

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process workflows.

Equipment Management:

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime. Collaborate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance schedules.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Resource Management:

Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment. Prepare and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

Health and Safety:

Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to maintain a safe working environment.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with design, quality, and procurement teams to ensure seamless operations. Track and report on production metrics, such as efficiency, output, and downtime. Recommend and implement improvements based on data analysis and insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Production/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field. 0 - 1 year experience in a production environment. Freshers also can apply Skills in Lean Manufacturing, ERP systems, and problem-solving.

Candidates must have experience and knowledge in interior fit-out projects
