This role involves managing schedules, coordinating with various teams, handling logistics, and maintaining clear communication across departments.Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and Coordination:
Develop and maintain production schedules and timelines.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and on-set logistics for the production team.
Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between departments, vendors, and crew.
Ensure all stakeholders are informed of changes or updates to the production plan.
Logistics:
Arrange for equipment rentals, permits, travel, and accommodations.
Oversee the transportation of crew, cast, and equipment to shooting locations.
Documentation:
Manage production documents, including call sheets, production reports, and contracts.
Track budgets, expenditures, and invoices in collaboration with the accounting team.
Crew and Talent Support:
Facilitate the onboarding of crew members and ensure they have necessary resources.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating cast rehearsals and shoots.
Problem-Solving:
Address any issues that arise during production, finding solutions to keep the project on track.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in production or media-related roles.
Familiarity with industry software, such as Movie Magic Scheduling, Excel, or other project management tools.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of media production workflows and terminology.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
