Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Coordinator who is also an architect to oversee and manage the production process of our scale models. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and facilitating communication between different teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management : Oversee the entire production process of scale models from initial design to final delivery. Ensure projects are completed on time with highest quality standards.
• Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact between the internal stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure project requirements are met.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, production schedules. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Problem Solving : Identify and address any production challenges or issues. Implement solutions to prevent delays and ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience : Proven experience in project management, preferably in a production or model-making environment. Experience in coordinating architectural projects is highly desirable.
• Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using project management software and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
