Job Overview: Northwestern University in Doha is currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Production Coordinator. The Production Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various academic and cultural events, performances, and productions. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics and operations for events, performances, and productions, including scheduling, venue setup, and equipment procurement. Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and participants to ensure smooth execution of events. Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting for production projects. Coordinate promotional activities and marketing efforts to publicize events and attract attendees. Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and maintaining event databases. Assist with technical production needs, such as audiovisual setup and troubleshooting. Monitor and evaluate event effectiveness and attendee feedback to inform future improvements. Qualifications/Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office suite. Previous experience in event coordination or production management is preferred. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or production management. Working Environments: Office environment with occasional on-site event management. May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
