Greetings!! We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our manufacturing area. The Primary duties will be as follows and is not limited to. Effectively manage the shop floor activities like Production targets and optimum utilization of resources. Coordinate with other supporting departments on floor to achieve his Targets. Efficient shop floor management to achieve the daily production targets. Proper utilization of manpower to achieve maximum productivity. Maintain the production related data and update the ERP regularly. Assist production manager in resolving the bottlenecks that are affecting the production process & output. Production of goods within the Quality Specifications. Report Non Conformances immediately and suggest for improvements to avoid recurrence. Implementation of quality requirements & work closely with quality in-charge in following, implementing hygienic practices within the plant. Arrange training of staff for maintenance and Operational requirements with coordination with technical supervisor. Experience in electronic equipment manufacturing will be an added advantage. Job location will be Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
