Key Responsibilities

• Production Management
• Plan, organize, and supervise production schedules.
• Allocate tasks to production teams and monitor workflow.
• Ensure the timely completion of production targets.
• Quality Assurance
• Maintain high-quality standards for all production processes.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Team Supervision
• Lead, train, and mentor production team members.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
• Resource Allocation
• Manage inventory and raw materials to prevent shortages.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and equipment.
• Health and Safety Compliance
• Enforce workplace safety standards and practices.
• Conduct safety drills and ensure the proper use of safety equipment.
• Investigate and resolve any workplace accidents or incidents.
• Process Improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor production metrics and generate performance reports.
• Communication and Reporting
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Logistics).
• Prepare and submit production reports to the Production Manager.
