When the material is brought for jigging, a visual check is done on the material for dents, twist, blisters, bend, scratches and defected pieces will be kept aside.

Minor material defects are repaired as much as possible by using emery paper or emery machine on the profiles.

Cleaned splines are fitted according to the size, length and shape of the profiles to achieve maximum load capacity without compromising the covering quality.

Profiles are jigged as mentioned in the way ticket, ensuring the slope required for draining of water is maintained and its visible side for coating is correctly positioned.

Holes are drilled on both sides of the profile for jigging purpose, and the swarf is removed by blowing air. Aluminum wire is wrapped on both end s of the profiles to provide for earthing of the profile for coating. Damaged or faulty profiles are scrapped and kept separately and shown to the supervisor for further action

To keep the aluminum spacers after jigging in proper way to be given back to press plant.

To maintain the jigging area neat and tidy and in proper working conditions.

A visual check is carried out for profiles before and after un-jigging.

When the profiles are cooled the film, thickness is checked for every load.

Small two - test panel per shift is coated and sent to the laboratory for testing.

Every load is checked, profiles are checked in five distributed places, and average is taken and recorded in the film thickness Sheet. Profiles that are having defect are kept separately for inspection or recoating again.

To keep the coated profiles in a proper way in the stillage along with a covered spacer between each line, distributed along the full length.

Unloading and fixing of the jig rods according to the jigged profiles in coordination with jiggers.

Way ticket is kept for identification in un-jugged stillage.

Sections in soft and hard are kept separately with a tag for section only. After proper inspection the material is end for packing to packing division.

Jiggers and un-jiggers help during breakdown, they emery section for recoating and bring powder form the stores.

During the maintenance day they clean the washing units, drying oven, churning oven, oil the conveys, keep booth and surrounding area of the plant clean.

They clan the powder filters, send the used splines for cleaning and bring back the fresh ones. They weigh waste powder every week, and then send it for burning.
