Production And Workshop Manager
Job Description
We are looking for EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION AND WORKSHOP MANAGER who worked in a large scale of wedding events, to handle the following:
• Coordinate with the design team and workshop for the event requirements
• Should be technically experienced to analyze and execute all technical drawings
• Proper assignment of task for each skilled workshop staff
• Monitor job requirement status and ensure timely production
• Plan and do Production schedule for the event buildup and teardown
• Lead the Production team in the onsite execution
• Ensure that the setup is according to the design
• Oversee daily workshop operation including proper storage of materials
• Keep track of inventory, perform audits and oversee stock to reduce discrepancies
• Ensure that safety protocols are enforced and compliance with the health and safety regulation
• Find and execute techniques to increase operational effectiveness with a lower budget
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the wedding event industry. Only pre-qualified candidates will be notified.
