Exciting Opportunity: Product Support Manager, ILS at HalconRole Purpose: Join Halcon as a Product Support Manager and play a key role in managing the fielding and through-life support of Halcon Weapon Systems. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of support systems, managing warranty periods, and offering ongoing maintenance and customer service throughout the operational life of our advanced weapon systems.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain processes for the through-life support of Halcon Weapon Systems
Assist IPS Project Managers with Integrated Support Plans, fielding, and warranty management
Create and manage technical publications, training programs, and training materials
Identify and manage training equipment requirements and contracting
Provide on-site customer support and assist with system data migration and integration
Oversee warranty management, spare parts provisioning, and technology upgrades
Handle failure reporting, corrective actions, and manage system phase-out processes
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service and support
Required Competencies:
Strong customer focus and performance management skills
Advanced experience with military maintenance, ILS system development (MIL-STD-1388), and product life cycle management
Ability to work under pressure and in collaborative environments
Expertise in training military personnel and understanding military operational structures
Proficiency in tools like EAGLE and S1000D publishing
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/industrial) or equivalent
Formal qualification in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
