Balance supply with demand on replenishment inventory orders
Track order performance and an address any delays
Analyze demand during lead time, identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with our sales/marketing team and warehouse/plant locations
Plan and track inventory and work with regional and local personnel to manage on hand inventory levels as appropriate.
Maintain and coordinate the relationship between Sales, Operations, Procurement and Supply chain.
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams working on inventory related issues.
Review and act upon plan exception messages (rescheduling open orders as feasible and coordinating with cross functional team to manage demand when supply is not adequate) from the daily re-planning of resources.
Maintain master data integrity to ensure system accuracy and live communication of current stock levels and refurbishment with Sales and Operations team
Forecast the consumption and receipts
Execute the timely release of stock transfers and redeployment of inventory
Monitor, analyze and propose corrective action
Communicate production issues, supply changes, deviations from plan and potential resolutions to cross functional stakeholders
VENDOR COMMUNICATION:
Interface with External Suppliers for placing local and overseas orders and co-ordinate with vendors for Demand and Forecast, finalizing delivery schedules for materials/equipment.
Ensure the Vendor Quality plans and adherence is current
Prepare supplier performance analysis and metrics
Ensure effective receivables management, liaise with various statutory authorities, and prepare/ analyses reports prepared weekly for the location to track orders and apprise the management of shipping/delivery/inventory as required and controlling costs to facilitate projects and plan their subsequent course of action.
FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE:
Create and support financial budgets, updates and metrics
Track, analysis the inventory levels and open orders to maximize utilization and cash flow generation.
SAFETY & COMPLIANCE:
Maintains safety and service quality as first priority when working across all areas of the business
Maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all activity is carried out ethically and in compliance with Company policies, relevant laws, regulations, standards and industry practices
Applies Weatherford, and where appropriate, Client Companys Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Policy and Safety Management Systems
Identifies issues and opportunities with safety within responsibility and proactively work to reduce risks.
Ensure team is performing safety responsibility with appropriate diligence. Liase with Geozone Safety personnel to ensure proactive improvements.
Demonstrates a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment
QualificationsEssential:
7+ years experience as Operations or Technical Manager from
Experience and understanding of completions/completion tools
1-3 Years experience in managing inventory/Material for large contracts or Manufacturing or distribution center.
Demand Planning experience
Advanced MS Excel skills such as data analysis, pivot tables and VLOOKUP
