Who we are: Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries. We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Support Executive- After Sales Support to join our team. Job Duties:
- Prospect and develop assigned accounts and provide parts and service to meet customer needs.
- Establish and maintain close-working relationships with customers at all levels.
- Introduction of Al Marwan parts and service capabilities to all customers.
- Make routine sales calls on customers in assigned markets and maintain a quoting process for parts and service.
- Assist customers in selection of programs that will insure maximum life cycle of their equipment.
- Provide coordination between customers and said departments to provide best possible service.
- Maintain customer contact information, sales call reports and weekly call planners.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet the company, department or individual goals and objectives.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Preferred minimum of 3-5 years in product support with experience in customer service.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized and a good planner.
- Valid driving license
