Responsible for achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies in order to attain sales volume, customer growth, patient growth and customer satisfaction for the assigned therapies and / or medical products within own geographical area.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Achieve revenue, sales, profit & qualitative objectives and targets for the assigned therapies and / or medical products within own geographical or business area2. Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customers & plan visits with them3. Build and develop professional long-term customer relationships4. Prepare, implement and review targeted account plans aligned with the commercial policies defined by Baxter5. Plan and prepare for each customer visit and record outcomes6. Propose and provide each customer with appropriate solutions that will maximize opportunities both for the customer and for Baxter7. Communicate all relevant information to existing and potential customers to guarantee their awareness of Baxter product portfolio and its benefits8. Acquire new customers9. Capture and maintain all relevant sales and customer data10. Gather and share with other sales reps and with line management all possible information on market intelligence and competitor activities to help anticipate competitive moves11. Maintain presence in all existing & target customers12. Deal with customer complaints & implement corrective actions13. Continuously assess the market for new customers / opportunities / risks for Baxter products14. Finalize budgets and forecasts in cooperation with line management / Marketing15. Present Baxter products & their advantages, organize & distribute all needed promotional material and organize test usage where needed16. Participate in congresses and other customer events17. Provide customer training and support / assistance where needed18. Works closely with Product Managers, Account Managers / Reps and Sales Support19. Identify tender renewal and respond to tenders with support of line manager / Marketing (where applicable)
