1. Promote the companys products to healthcare professionals in order to educate them on the value that our products bring to the customers / patients in the UAE
2. Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory
3. Identify new opportunities and gain new business while maintaining the existing business.
4. Establish and develop relations with key personnel in all facilities in the assigned territory.
5. Maintaining the existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on, existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
6. Provide reports to reporting manager regarding territory status, to include forecasts, proposals and business reviews.
7. Ensure mastery of Product knowledge related to the companys products as well as the competitive products that are available in the market.
8. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. identifying and establishing new business
10. Maintaining detailed records and managing budgets
11. Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings etc.,
12. Ensure compliance with all the companys policies and codes
Education:
\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in pharmacy.
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 2-4 years experience as product specialist in UAE/GCC
\xc2\xb7 Excellent Communication and presentation skills
\xc2\xb7 Well versed with MS office
