We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor, Arabic Speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team.

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of professional skincare products to clinics, medical centers & spas, and other retail outlets within your designated territory.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within assigned territory.
• Identify and target new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and product demonstrations.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients to educate them about our skincare products and their benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Arabic and English Speaking
• Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience in the UAE market.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the skincare or beauty industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
