Position Summary:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the growth of the Genetic Sequencing Division, in the defined territory, in a manner that positively reflects the Company image.\xc2\xb7 Achieve sales targets, both quarterly and annually.\xc2\xb7 Drive sales through Distributors\xc2\xb7 Provide the company with relevant market information for the development of strategies on products.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates technical ability to collaborate with customers on applications to improve technology utilization and promote current advances in protocols, kits and capabilities.\xc2\xb7 Drives attachment rates to our instruments\xc2\xb7 Dedication to territory planning, market knowledge, both accurate and timely forecasting for both run rate and big deal/project-based instrument and consumable orders.\xc2\xb7 Successful experience working as part of a team.\xc2\xb7 Develops and handles a business plan to meet or exceed business goals agreed upon with Thermo Fisher Scientific management for the territory.\xc2\xb7 Position our solutions to address performance, workflow and budget.\xc2\xb7 Handle instrument install base and consumable utilization. Target customers not using our instruments and consumables. Identify the applications, reagents, assays and protocols and convert the business\xc2\xb7 Animate a network of Distributors, setting targets and critical metrics to drive sales in the assigned regionOther Job Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Consistently and accurately handles sales process including sales forecasting and pipeline management through the use of our customer relationship management program and other designated IT tools.\xc2\xb7 Meet weekly and monthly key performance indicators in terms of customer visits, customer facing activities and updating using the available CRM tools.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Sales Counterparts to drive incremental business. Monitor and understand the run rate business specific to the geographical territory.\xc2\xb7 Attend and participate in weekly product trainings and business updates\xc2\xb7 Train our partMinimum Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Academic degree (minimum MSc) in molecular biology / life sciences subject areas or related field\xc2\xb7 PhD favorableMinimum Experience Level:\xc2\xb7 Relevant technical and scientific background\xc2\xb7 3 years plus sales experience in Direct and Indirect Markets\xc2\xb7 Confirmed experience of Channel Management\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of sanger sequencing and real time PCR\xc2\xb7 A track records of closing high value deals.\xc2\xb7 Able to develop and implement strategies that drive growth.\xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written command of Arabic and English languages.\xc2\xb7 Drivers license\xc2\xb7 Able to undertake frequent travel (75% of time).
