We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic product specialist to join our team in the aesthetic industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmacy or a related science field, with at least one year of experience in the aesthetics sector. The role involves promoting and selling aesthetic products to clinics, aestheticians, and other healthcare professionals within the region, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell our reputable aesthetic brand to clinics, and aesthetic practitioners Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic professionals and key decision-makers in the industry Actively pursue and achieve sales targets ,monthly and quarterly to drive business growth. Provide ongoing support to clients Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge. Regularly meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics established by management.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the aesthetic field (dermal fillers, skincare, or related). Educational background in pharmacy, Life science, or similar field. Proven ability to build strong relationships with aesthetic professionals and a solid understanding of the aesthetic market. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and as part of a team. Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Dubai and the UAE as required. Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English.
