Job description
Introduce non-medical, Beauty, and wellness spas to HydraFacial by engaging everyone in the business from salon owners, aestheticians, beauticians, spa managers, and/or office managers.
Identify potential customer needs, such as ROI and help those clients understand how to position the HydraFacial treatment inside their practices and businesses.
Connect to existing customers and build relationships to grow and double the business by introducing multiple devices
Needs to be able to conduct own demos and training if required
Support marketing initiatives in the territory and be able to create impactful activities
Well connected to social media and day-to-day online activities in the industry.
Monthly sales of at least 2 devices are mandatory.
Experience selling into the aesthetics market dermatology/plastic surgery- or selling high-end resort spas- having relationships in your territory is key
Experience selling capital equipment to physicians and beauty professionals
Specific examples of closing sales based on return on investment and success in helping medical practices or spas build a business around your products.
Hands-on person with beauty products
Energetic and connected in the beauty industry
Social media and computer skills required.
