This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic Product Management team as a Product Specialist. You'll possess a strong blend of product expertise, project management skills, and a user-centric mindset. By leveraging your analytical skills, you'll directly contribute to the development and success of software products that deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Core42 is the UAE's national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group's expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.
Responsibilities:
• Product Champion: Partner with the Product Manager to gather user requirements (conducting user interviews, surveys, etc.) and translate them into actionable user stories for development.
• Design and Development: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine the user experience (UX) based on user research findings, ensuring a seamless product flow.
• Customer Advocate: Be the voice of the customer within the development team, championing their needs and ensuring a user-centric approach throughout the product lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance: Actively participate in sprint testing cycles, providing constructive feedback to developers to identify and resolve bugs before release. Lead test execution during user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee the product meets quality and functionality requirements.
• Project Management: Manage your own workload and timelines effectively, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently. Proactively chase and close tasks related to the product roadmap, utilizing project management methodologies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats that could impact product strategy. Develop and maintain clear, concise user guides, and product documentation.




Qualifications:
To qualify for the role you must have • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product analysis within the software industry, demonstrating exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• A passion for user experience (UX) and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and proficiency in product management tools like Jira and Microsoft 365 Suite.
