Job Description

The Role

• Investigate and analyze the business environment of drone delivery in the target market B-end, C-end, D (Delivery) end and G-end, and conduct preliminary sorting of software and hardware product requirements. - Collaborate with the domestic team to assist in the output of specific product requirements on the software and hardware end, and participate in and drive the output of overseas overall product solutions. - Participate in the management of the development progress of overseas product solutions, adjust product solutions in a timely manner, and track delivery progress. - Responsible for the localization of product solutions, and collaborate with operation management personnel to design overall solutions including operational actions, and realize localized deployment. - Track the operating efficiency of the overall solution, and form the input of software and hardware iteration requirements to promote the formation of the next round of delivery cycle. - Carry out long-term unified planning for overseas multi-market solutions, optimize resource investment and delivery efficiency, precipitate the solution system, and effectively cover multiple markets.


Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above; more than 5 years of work experience in software and hardware products or product operations. - Be customer-centric, have integrity and honesty values, communicate smoothly, and have high stress resistance. - Have a strong sense of purpose and be driven by business results. - Have strong curiosity and a broad knowledge structure. - Have strong logical thinking and comprehensive analysis capabilities, be able to understand key business needs, and find PMF exploration directions - Have good data analysis capabilities and be able to promote product iteration through operational data analysis. - Have good project management capabilities, good communication skills and empathy, and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities. - Candidates who are familiar with the local market and can use English as a working language are preferred.
