Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the cross-selling of commercial banking products and services to new and existing clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expert knowledge of FX, Trade Finance, and Cash Management products, staying abreast of market trends and industry developments.
X-Sell penetration : Meet and exceed X-sell targets by actively promoting and selling banking products and services to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline effectively, from prospecting to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Product Managers, and Operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and differentiation.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Bachelor\'s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
More than 5 years of experience working in a similar role within a UAE bank, with a strong focus on commercial banking products.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive banking environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and drive.
Own means of transport for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred certifications: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or SCA (Securities and Commodities Authority) certifications would be an added advantage.
