Job description:
• Sales of Lubricants (Engine Oil, Transmission Oil, Technical Fluids related to Machineries etc.)
• Keep up to date with the newest approvals and recommendations related to ROWE products and its applications.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage complex negotiations with clients.
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
• Process orders received, maintaining the integrity of the post sales process by acquiring the necessary PO, documentation, approvals and contract review process.
• Take ownership of customer issues and interface with operation and technical teams to generate solutions in a timely fashion to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Use of CRM tool for all sales and marketing activities to ensure accurate market information and customer database.
• Achieving assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific. sales prospects, targets, and/or markets.
• Prepare sales report and projection for the assigned sales market.
• Actively engaging in planned prospecting activities geared at increasing the customer base, and continually increase your market share.
• Follow up, qualify and respond to leads from different sources as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other areas and sales teams and functions to develop opportunities and strategies to retain or recover lost customers
• Other duties related to the strategic and operational development of the business.
• Actively contribute to team efforts, meetings and discussions.
Skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience (Bachelor's in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering will be plus)
• 1-2 years of experience in similar technical sales
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• with UAE DRIVING LICENSE
