Translate the vision into product roadmaps, breaking this down into value streams, metrics, and work breakdowns (themes, epics, stories) in order to create an effective implementation plan. Manage the development of operational, strategic and agile metrics for the squad value streams to ensure compliance- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritised backlog of user stories and epics in Jira in order to identify areas requiring input. Drive product development squads around objectives and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure achievement. Coach squad and provide regular performance feedback to members from Chapters, Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and Platforms to ensure full understanding of improvements required- Collaborate with prospective users and stakeholders in order to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements. Identify and assist the stakeholder understand the business model, value and value proposition in order to fully understand the deliverable being implemented. Act as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate information flow- Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Banks standards.- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Banks required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.SkillsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience- Bachelors degree is a mandatory requirement- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Technology functions or Digital organisations- Experienced in Product management- Experienced in Agile methodologies- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills- Collaboration and Teamwork skills- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
