Support the lending strategies of regional product heads with execution of chosen solutions in markets
Drive ideation around country innovations and enhancements to both pre-and post-login experiences
Train country digital banking team for efficient management across cultures and local realities
Business
Develop & execute a strategic road map for implementing lending programs, aligning the bank objectives & customer needs.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of lending products & services, such as Credit Cards, Personal Loan, & other lending products.
Collaborate with Group Hives, regional product heads & Country stakeholders to gather & prioritize the requirements ensuring meet expectation of delivery.
Work with team to improve the user experiences & streamline, automated the processes.
Maintain clear & effective communication between countries & Hives.
Primary responsibility for managing relationships, scheduling and ensuring alignment between regional BoW, hives and country
Document and articulate product end to end process flow with a view to achieving superior service
Processes
Work with Group Hives and country teams to conduct extensive UATs, UVT and pilot tests
Responsible for tracking benefits realization and adoption on an ongoing basis
Work with country to define a clear client journeys & requirement.
Manage budget allocation to the initiatives & ensuring cost- effective implementation.
Clearly communicating priorities, objectives/ goals & acceptance criteria to the agile delivery team
Work with country teams to create an ecosystem of partners that will deliver value to our clients
Ensuring project deliverables are of desired quality and have appropriate endorsement / sign offs
Risk Management
Ensure all digital solution design and simplementation adheres to regulatory compliance and security standards of lending products.

Our Ideal Candidate
Qualifications: Experience with design and delivery of digital lending solutions in different markets; Experience in Retail Banking - segment, product and processes, with passion to create new things
Languages: English

Good understanding of Current market/ competitive digital positioning.
Excellent communication skills
Very good use of excel and power point to deliver meaningful messages about the project
Ability to lead and coordinate widely across multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes
