We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team in Oman. Job Summary: As a Product Owner Finance & Supply Chain (F&SC), you will play a key role in defining and prioritizing the product backlog for our F&SC software development projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure timely delivery of products that meet business goals and customer needs. Responsibilities: Product Vision & Roadmap Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features Product Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives. Product Innovation: Performing Gap analysis, Reverse Engineering or benchmarking as part of product R&D, Discovery or exploration. Requirements Elicitation and Design: Work with stakeholders and teams to gather and clarify requirements. Clear process definition, business process mapping (BPM), modeling, analysis, and documentation of the cross-functional core business processes (As-is & To-be). Solution Design and Tracking: Perform solid prototyping/wireframing to visualize working design prior to move in development. Transform the requirement in well organize documents such as requirement traceability matrix and link all the points to better visibility and tracking Prioritization: Prioritize features and user stories based on customer needs and technical feasibility. Collaboration: Partner with developers, designers, and stakeholders to align efforts throughout the development lifecycle. Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress, manage expectations, and facilitate feedback sessions. Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards through demos, testing, and feedback. Metrics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Domain: In-depth knowledge of Finance & Supply Chain is a must. Experience: 5+ years Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Consultant or in a similar role within an Agile environment in Finance & Supply Chain products. Professional Qualifications: ACCA, CIMA or any other similar qualification. Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification required/Preferred or any other similar certification. Backlog Management: Strong experience in backlog management and stakeholder communication. Jira Expertise: Proficiency in using Jira for backlog management and reporting. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
