Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for mobile onboarding journeys.
Ensure the onboarding process is aligned with best practices in mobile UX design.
Partner with development teams to deliver high-quality product increments.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities to development teams.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for onboarding success.
Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize the onboarding process.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business value, and market trends.
Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for mobile onboarding journeys
Write clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the backlog reflects current priorities and business objectives.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging onboarding experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
Skills and Experience
Minimum of bachelors degree preferably in business studies or technology.
In depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Minimum 5 to10 years of experience in agile delivery & mobile app development including on-boarding journeys and User Experience (UX) Design
Experience of working in financial institutions
