About The Role

We are a rapidly growing SaaS company empowering coaches to manage their clients through a seamless, all-in-one platform. Our mission is to provide exceptional user experiences and innovative solutions for fitness professionals and their clients.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to take full ownership of multiple fitness and coaching-related projects.

You will be the driving force behind product vision, strategy, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products not only meet user needs but also align with strategic business objectives. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with key stakeholders to shape the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product vision, and set clear priorities. Work closely with UX, QA, and the development team to deliver high-quality features. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution. Facilitate regular alignment meetings, provide visibility on timelines, and maintain strategic focus. Lead UAT testing for new programs, coordinating with relevant team members and stakeholders. Continuously analyse user feedback and product performance to make data-driven decisions for product improvements. Foster a collaborative and empowering work environment, ensuring open communication and feedback loops.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Product Owner in SaaS or digital product development, preferably within the fitness or coaching industry. Strong understanding of product management best practices, Agile methodologies, and experience working with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Experience working directly with executive leadership is a plus.
