Job Purpose
To be primarily responsible for driving the capability enhancement of buying, sourcing and quality as a function.
Manage our squad focusing on category management with focus on buying, sourcing and quality (vendor management, product quality and compliance, product lifecycle management etc) systems and processes (in fashion, footwear, home, apparels, and accessories etc)
To maintain and enhance the quality experience of the internal customer by identifying the gaps, forming hypotheses and setting up solutions
To monitor and measure the success of products and report to management
Collaborate with brand teams to understand core business opportunities and drive and own the product vision and roadmap.
Collaborate with technology teams to optimize the Squad's Sprint Backlog, prioritize the backlogs and remove any impediments to progress along the sprint.
Collaborate with teams to ideate on innovative solutions that address both user and business problems and create powerful customer experiences.
Work with squad team to define the capabilities/features and ensure features conform to the requirments.
Use MVPs and experiments to learn quickly and make data-driven decisions
Communicate progress and key updates to stakeholders during monthly and quarterly reviews
To enhance product features based on market research from existing solutions, clients and users' feedback.
Understand and forecast customer demands for devising solutions that make the best use of latest technology for business success
Translate a deep understanding of customers' needs into solutions and products that add value to the business
Drive the go-to-market strategy and commercialization of the solutions.
