About

Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.



Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operations of corporate service products, ensuring that the product has the expected penetration rate and satisfaction rate;

2. Gather and analyze user requirements, feedback, and usage data, collaborate with internal teams (Product?Data, R&D) and requirement side, ensure that the product can effectively solve user requirements and deliver the product with expected efficiency and user experience;

3. Innovate in corporate product operation methodologies, workflows, and operation tools to improve the efficiency of operational work significantly.



Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in internet product operations or product management;

2. Strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities;

3. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong organizational and project management skills.



Preferred Qualifications:

1. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities;

2. Proven track record of successful cross-departmental collaboration and excellent interpersonal abilities;

3. Adaptable to rapidly changing environments, managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines;

4. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities;

5. Practical skills in scripting and automation (Excel, Python, SQL) to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
