Responsibilities:Placing and managing orders with factories in Asia while ensuring quality and delivery timeEstablishing and managing relationships with colleagues in Asia and customers in EuropeAssisting in the creation and management of production schedulesMonitoring and overseeing the production processChecking sizing and quality upon the arrival of samplesRequired Skills:Passion for production and product developmentFamiliarity with creating size chartsHands-on mentality, precision, and a strong commitment to the success of our productsCollege level education with good numerical insightProficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essentialIndependent, flexible, and a team playerResilient, no 9-to-5 mentality, and service-orientedExcellent computer skills with Microsoft Office (focus Excel) and willingness to learn new ERP systems
