This position offers an exciting introduction to marketing at one of the leading global technology companies.Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities You will be responsible for innovating, developing and executing content experimentation initiatives, analyzing metrics and providing actionable insight into performance, as well as enhancing current customer experience. In addition, you will be collaborating with Prime, Tech and partner teams WW to launch new features and products for our customers. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools (e.g. Figma)In nutshell,
Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (driving an experimentation calendar, monitoring metrics, creating campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).
Develop a holistic strategy to drive KPIs across customer cohorts. Compile and report metrics on a regular cadence to mark progress against program, team-wide and organization-wide goals.
Act as liaison with a range of external and internal partners to support their initiatives/ provide visibility into team priorities, performance and roadmap
Content A/B Testing to drive efficiency of existing features & capabilities
Develop and lead the email onboarding and lifecycle marketing strategy for Prime/Non-Prime customers
Partner with the content and design teams to define the requirements of the digital media assets and continuously test these creatives and share feedback with the team to drive improvements.
A day in the life You\'ll be responsible for having a strong backlog of improvement ideas of our customer experience, experimenting and reporting on new ideas and keeping an eye on business and performance metrics to ensure our experience delights our customers. As the expert in our onsite experience and Prime engagment, you\'ll be consulting country Marketing leaders, tech teams and product managers how to launch new features but will also be responsible for the implementation.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Dubai, AREBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channelsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs - Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
