Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption, market penetration, and overall revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer development activities, to ensure alignment of product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze market data and customer insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
• Work with current students to work on customer development analysis and implementation of new features based on the analysis
Go-to-Market Strategy:
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
• Define target market segments and develop marketing plans to reach them effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, product and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
• Create compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates the products in the market.
• Develop and maintain product marketing collateral, including datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
• Ensure consistency of product messaging across all marketing channels.
Sales Enablement:
• Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team.
• Conduct product training sessions and webinars for the sales team and partners.
• Provide competitive analysis and market insights to the sales team to help them close deals effectively.
Marketing Campaigns:
• Plan and execute together with the marketing team to drive product awareness and demand.
• Work with the digital marketing team to develop content and strategies for online marketing channels.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Customer Advocacy & Feedback :
• Build relationships with key customers to gather feedback and create case studies.
• Use customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Act as a voice of the customer within the organization to ensure customer needs are prioritized.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficiency in English (required), Russian (required).
