Overview:We are seeking a versatile and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:Product Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and trends.
• Develop product strategies aligned with business objectives.

Product Roadmap Planning:

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps outlining the vision, goals, and milestones for high-definition products.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objective

Project Planning and Execution:

• Lead project planning efforts, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate resources and activities to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Requirement Management:

• Gather and prioritize product requirements through stakeholder engagement and market research.
• Define clear and concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Cross-functional Coordination:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to align project and product initiatives.
• Foster collaboration and communication to drive product innovation and project success.

Product Development Leadership:

• Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Define feature prioritization, manage product backlog, and facilitate sprint planning and review meetings in Agile environments.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for product development and other related activities.
• Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.

Project Monitoring and Control:

• Project management best practices to monitor and control project progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project and product status, risks, and issues.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and transparency.

Performance Analysis:

• Analyze project and product performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather user feedback and market insights to drive product enhancements and optimizations.

Automation Implementation:

• Drive the implementation of automation solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in product management roles, preferably in the technology or software industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification required.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and product development processes.
• Experience in implementing automation solutions using tools and technologies such as RPA, AI, machine learning, etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for driving innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Previous experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing product portfolios.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design processes.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automation deployment and management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align project and product initiatives with overall business strategy.
